We aim to make sake rice and jummai-shu (junmai-shu and ginjo-shu), which are delicious from the third cup on.Our representative brand is Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label.The company was founded in 1920.The company believes in doing lean, reliable, and careful work based on sake brewing plans and other innovations. Sake brewery tours and tastings are not available.Retail sales (weekdays 9am-5pm) are available.
