Ishikawa Sake Brewery is a Tokyo sake brewery that brews "Tamajiman" of sake and "Tama no Megumi" and "TOKYO BLUES" of craft beer.It has a historical museum, Italian and Japanese restaurants, and a direct sales store. There are six buildings registered as tangible cultural properties, and a 700-year-old sacred tree watches over the premises. Thanks Day is held on the fourth Saturday of every month and on consecutive Sundays and national holidays.Bread, sweets, and local pickles made with limited-edition sake, sake cake, and other items typical of a sake brewery are sold, and tours are available by appointment.
