Hosokawa Shuzou

The brewery is located at the foot of Mt. Tado in Kuwana City, the northernmost part of Mie Prefecture. The main brand name is "Ageuma".The name is derived from a local ritual.The sake is made from rice grown in the prefecture and brewed with underground water from the Mt.Yoro range, and produced all the sake is junmai sake. Weekdays 10am-12pm and 1pm-4pmPlease inquire for brewery tours and tastings, as they are subject to brewery operations.
