Our company is located at the foot of the Kikyogaoka mesa, and the water squeezed into the plateau becomes high-quality natural water, which gushes out from a well on the premises.Since its establishment at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868), the water has never run dry, and the quality of the water is stable throughout the year.Although we are a small local sake brewery, we strive to provide high quality sake, from ginjo to regular sake. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
