Hakutsuru Shuzou

Since its founding, Hakutsuru Shuzou has remained dedicated to the art of sake-making. Through the brewing and sales of sake, we have supported and enriched the culinary and cultural aspects of people’s lives.With pride as inheritors of a rich sake-brewing tradition, we are committed to continuing business activities that contribute to and enhance daily life. The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, located on the premises, was established in the remodeled Head Office Ichigo-gura, which was actually used until the 1960s.The museum is open from 9:30 to 16:30 (admission until 16:00. Admission is free.The museum is closed during the Bon and year-end and New Year holidays.
