Hakubotan Shuzou

The brewery was founded in 1675 by Harumasa Shima Rokurobei as a sake brewery.Since then, sake brewing has continued as a family business and is now a well-established brewery with a history of over 300 years in Hiroshima Prefecture.The taste of Shirobotan is "umakuchi" with no peculiarities, an aromatic flavor, and a good aftertaste.It is now and has always been enjoyed by many Hiroshima residents as an everyday sake that can be drunk every day.
