We are a sake brewery with a 200-year history, located on Kamisanno Town in Hida Takayama, Gifu Prefecture. Nestled in the "Old Town," a picturesque area steeped in the charm of a historic castle town, our brewery has been crafting sake for generations.Using pristine spring water sourced from the deep Hida mountains, part of the Japanese Alps, and high-quality sake rice, we create sake with traditional techniques that have been passed down through the centuries.In addition to sake brewing, our premises feature a restaurant and a gift shop, offering a "sake theme park" experience.
