Fumimoto Shuzou

We are the last remaining sake brewery in Kubokawa, a town located in the midstream area of the Shimanto River. Using a variety of rice from within and outside the prefecture (both sake-specific and table rice) and the pristine water of the Shimanto River, we carefully and thoughtfully craft sake that embodies the terroir of this land and the spirit of our brewery.Additionally, within our brewery grounds, we operate Nihonshu Pairing BAR Osakeya-san, where visitors can enjoy our sake paired with meals made from locally sourced ingredients.
