In Meiji 40 (1907), when we decided to embark on a new journey in sake brewing, we were discussing potential names for the sake with our relatives.As we were struggling to come up with a good idea, a toddler named "Fuku," in the adorable stage of learning to walk, entered the room. Someone remarked, "Fuku has arrived," and the atmosphere instantly brightened.Inspired by this moment, we named the sake Fuku Kitaru with the hope that it would bring happiness to everyone who drinks it, sells it, or brews it.
