Fukubijin Shuzou

Founded in 1917 with contributions from sake brewers across western Japan, our company was established with the goal of producing sake. Just four years after its founding, in 1921 (Taisho 10), our brewery gained recognition for its exceptional brewing techniques. This reputation led to its designation as the Saijo Brewing School, where it trained and produced many skilled brewmasters over the years.
