In 2002 (Heisei 14), a small, humble sake brewery was established in Fushimi, Kyoto. The brewery owner also serves as the brewmaster, crafting every bottle of sake entirely by hand. All of our sake is junmai, made with care and dedication.The brand Soku was chosen with the hope that, just as looking up at a clear blue sky brings a sense of peace, those who drink our sake will feel a gentle warmth in their hearts.
