Fujii Honke

Founded in 1831.It is brewed with subsoil water from the Suzuka Mountains and 100% Shiga-grown sake rice produced with environmentally friendly farming methods. The brewery is also honored to present "Shirozake" and "Kurozake", special sake for the Shinze Festival, a celebration of a bountiful harvest, to shrines throughout Japan and to the Emperor of Japan every year.In November 2022, part of the east storehouse, a registered tangible cultural property of Japan, renovated to open the restaurant "Kakuregura Fujii". The direct sales store is open from 9:00 to 18:00.
