Fuji Shuzou

Founded in 1778 by the 4th generation Kamoya Sennosuke Aritsune under the sake name "Fuji".In the early 1950s, the brewery was renamed "Eiko" and has continued to the present day.Under the motto of "Always go to more delicious Japan sake" we strive to produce sake every year that is better than the previous year's. We are proud to be a handmade sake brewery which is second-hand liquor store that is unashamed of its conscience. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
