Founded in 1864 during the Genji era, our brewery originally served as a purveyor for the Suzaka Domain. Since then, we have carried forward the founding brewer Tokusaburo Endo’s dedication to “crafting delicious sake,” embracing a spirit of innovation and challenge through each generation.
