
Eikou Shuzou
Founded in 1897, this traditional brewery continues to be committed to sake brewing that reflects the local environment. The spirit of this craftsmanship has been passed down through generations, and the result of their meticulous effort and time is a product that has repeatedly been honored with the highest gold award at the Annual Japan Sake Awards since it first received this accolade in 1989. Recently, the brewery has also focused on liqueurs made with plenty of fruits from Ehime Prefecture, known as the "Fruit Kingdom" (including plum, orange, yuzu, kiwi, etc.). The clean and refined taste crafted by the artisans and the toji has gained considerable popularity.
