Daishinshu is a sake brewery located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.The brewery’s brewing water comes from the snowmelt of the Northern Alps, which journeys underground over many years before reemerging. This water is known for its soft mouthfeel and delicate texture, lending Daishinshu's sake a clean, refreshing, and smooth flavor that reflects the purity of its source.The sake rice is cultivated in partnership with contract farmers primarily in Matsumoto.
