Located at the northern end of the Kanto Plain, Tochigi Prefecture is the oldest long-established sake brewery founded in 1673. Using high-quality water from Sano City, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan, and rice suitable for sake brewing grown by brewers in the company's own paddy fields, the handmade sake that is particular about rice, water, and brewing is made in the traditional small brewing method without relying on machines, and has a soft umami and a plump, refined and gorgeous aroma.With the policy of "Local sake because it is loved by the locals", about 80% of shipments are destined for Tochigi Prefecture. 9:00-17:00(reservations required for brewery tours from 13:00-16:00.
