Choryo Shuzo

Choryu Brewery was founded in 1963, and has since been devoted to brewing sake every day under the company motto "Shodo Mukyoku (the road to good sake brewing never ends)". As a new challenge, we started brewing craft beer in 2021, and in 2022, we built "Choryu Brew Park", a directly managed store, next to the brewery.On the first floor, there is a taproom and store corner serving sake and craft beer, and on the second floor terrace and spacious outdoor artificial lawn, visitors can relax and enjoy their drinks. Weekdays: Antenna store "Kura-no-Ten" attached to the brewery. Open 10:00-16:00; no tastings or brewery tours available.Weekends and holidays: Choryu Brew Park, a directly managed store next to the brewery. Open 11:00-17:00; in addition to paid tastings, offers sake and beer on tap, snacks, and a store.
