Founded in the first year of the Taisho era, Mikotsuru was reborn in 2018 with a new system.This sake brewery is located in the lap of Suwa Taisha, which is known for the Pillar Festival, and is a high-quality sake brewed from the cool water of Shinshu Suwa.We aim to be a "heart-pounding sake" loved by everyone, and we are brewing high-quality sake. Held on Fridays from 14:00, and twice on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:30 and 14:00.(Reservations by phone by the day before are required.)Fee: 350 yen/person, capacity of 10 people.Tasting is available at the directly managed store from 10:00 to 16:00.
