Azuma no Fumoto Shuzou

Founded in 1896 by taking over the sake brewing department of local merchant Sakata Ya Riemon. Since then, we have continued to study while preserving old traditions and incorporating new technologies. Brewery tours can be visited on weekdays from 9:30 to 11:30 or 13:30 to 16:00 (tasting available upon request, some with charge). Tastings are available upon request (some tastings are charged).Please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail to make an appointment.
