Ayumasamune Shuzou

Our brewery is located in Saruhashi, a mountain village surrounded by deep greenery on the border of Niigata and Nagano prefectures.It is a lush green area where one can relax and feel at ease.The brewery was founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) by Iiyoshi Hikozaemon I, who brewed sake from high-quality spring water that never ran dry. The Retail Department is open weekdays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.As a rule, we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.Please inquire when coming to the office.Tastings are available, but not for drivers.
