With the motto "Bringing Sake, Laughter, and Happiness to Everyone," we craft our Japanese sake Akashi-Tai using Hyogo-grown rice and traditional handmade methods. Exported to 30 countries worldwide, primarily in Europe and the Americas, AKASHI-TAI enjoys popularity abroad as well.We also use locally sourced ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture to produce liqueurs and Japanese craft gin. While preserving tradition, we are actively engaged in creating new value through innovative sake-making.
