We make authentic shochu using sake brewing technology backed by sake brewing in 1712 and the famous water of the Mt. Yufu. Ajimu-in has extremely pure water, as symbolized by Higashishiiya Falls, which was selected as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan. From this hometown rich in nature, we have been studying every day with honest product creation in mind in order to transmit the handmade goodness and the commitment of the brewery, which cannot be imitated by national brands. Please come on weekdays between 9:30~11:30 or 14:00~16:00.Tours and tastings are free of charge.
